Local to Live deployment for a TYPO3 beginner

A year ago I was introduced to TYPO3 CMS. Now I’ve joined the TYPO3 community, worked on writing a guide to TYPO3, and built TYPO3Book.com. It’s been an interesting technical journey! I will share my current workflow and how I manage my local to live deployment pipeline, as well as some challenges I faced along the way and how I solved them. 
In this talk I’ll share how I manage a TYPO3 project across a small team and through deployment using DDEV. How can we share and deploy the work while maintaining sanity and even increasing productivity? How can newcomers to TYPO3 get started and continue working using best practices and open source tools? 
You’ll leave this talk with a solid idea of how you might handle a project from start to finish simply and efficiently, no matter your technical skill level.
